Greenwood created the main riff with a Telecaster Plus in the unusual EGDGBEb tuning through a DigiTech Whammy WH-1 set to add an octave above the clean guitar. The heavier sections switch to his Marshall ShredMaster and Fender Eighty-Five distortion path, while Ed O'Brien adds sustained EBow texture.
